Protection Law)

Data Protection Law is similar to Directive 95/46/EC on data protection (Data
Protection Directive), as amended by Regulation (EU) 679/2016 on the protection
of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the
free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)), and is
based on the same principles. The purpose of the Data Protection Law is to:

REGARDING DATA SECURITY

take all necessary technical and organizational measures for providing an
appropriate level of security in order to

controller shall notify the data subject and the Board of such situation
as soon as possible. The Board, if necessary, may declare such situation
on its website or by other means which it deems appropriate.
